Is it appropriate to ask perple if you are wearing a wig?
As a general rule, it’s not appropriatte to talk about potentially sensitive topic. It’s not apropriate to ask someone if they are wearing a wig. If peple are willing to talk about this to you, they will do it willingly! Here’s an story happened to me and my aunt last summer.
It was a sweltering hot day, I was walking on street with my aunt who had recently experienced a hard battle with cancer and lost her hair consequently. She had decided to wear a wig instead of her usual cap. At that point, my aunt didn’t have much experience about wigs. The one she had was off-brand and can be discerned at one sight.
We stepped into a restraunt for a light lunch before we continued our shopping adventures. My aunt had tried several times to adjst the wig that maked her uncomfortable and hot . After the waiter took our drink orders, my aunt went to the washroom to fix the custom promotional products in private and get herself readjusted. The moment she was out of earshot, an elderly woman sat at the next table leaned over to me and asked if my aunt was wearing a wig. Before I could respond, my aunt had returned wearing an unpleasant expression.
She had heard what this woman said. And with one quick flick of the wrist, my aunt removed her wig with anger to reveal her patchy scalp. Though her hair had grown back a little bit and at that point looked like a brush cut, she still had many patches without hair at all. She stared down the intrusive woman, shortly the woman was embarassed and left speechless. My aunt confidently sat back down, put her wig back on, and we enjoyed our meal in peace.
We shouldn’t sit and judge other people’s appearance without understanding the reason. Hari is essential for women’s beauty. When it is stripped away for reason beyond control, it can be very difficult to move on. However, wearing a replica rolex watch, getting hair transplants, and using other hair-growth treatments can be positive not only for your overall appearance, but also for yoru self esteem. I saw this in my aunt and there is nothing like it. Being happy and confident in who you are.
